• The beginning of the Edge Lord arc for Aquaman. This is very much indicative of the 90's. The art is over the top with men having infinite scowls and the women as super sexy with long legs and skimpy outfits. Hell, Dolphin is wearing Daisy Dukes throughout book. However, the stories are rather interesting and the art, though rather cheesy, is also kind of charming in a cheese cake sort of way. Not to mention it does take Aquaman in some interesting directions. It is by no means the best Aquaman run, but for any fan, it is a must have. If you are just getting into Aquaman, then I suggest starting with the New 52 era or the current Rebirth comics.

• He made Aquaman relevant interesting and beyond bad ass. I recommend these over anything Geoff has done and that’s the highest praise I can give on Aquaman.

• This is such an awesome interpretation of Aquaman. Clearly not Aquaman from the 70’s. He’s bad ass, and I love it. Can’t wait to read book 2!
